Mexican flavors!

Local chocolate pioneers from Me Late Chocolate took over Hotel Panamera to provide a journey of Mexican tradition through tasting.

Me Late Chocolate showcased the most traditional chocolate offerings from ancient Mexico, paired with local mezcal through a one hour tasting workshop at the Panamera long table.

Guests learned whilst tasting the true flavors of Mexico, nibbling chocolates and sipping mezcal. We followed the tasting right into dinner, with ambient copal and candle lit tables; the perfect place to enjoy our kitchen’s specialty curated Mole dishes.
