This Sunday is a low and slow cooking special, featuring two variations of a succulent dish, cooked by our talented friend and chef Roberto Madero.

Choose from locally sourced smoked pulled pork shoulder or, for the vegan version, Yucatán jackfruit. He will be sharing his take on this bbq classic by preparing everything on our beach fire pit.

The pork & jackfruit are smoked for 8 hours using jabin firewood, pulled and then tossed in his signature bbq sauce, it is served in a toasted brioche bun with fresh, crunchy coleslaw and sweet and sour pickled peaches.
Watch and learn from Roberto on the sand at our private beach club, whilst you take some sun and enjoy the ocean views.
