Tatemado Oceanfront Woodfire Cooking Vol. 2 >> Rib-Eye Aguachile <<

This daytime experience will focus on the preparation of a rib-eye aguachile, paired with Jamaica Mezcal for its smoky flavours. 

Watch in awe as Roberto prepares a sophisticated, yet simple Sunday lunch on the sand. Using an oceanfront fire pit, a top quality cut of rib-eye steak will be immersed in flames to ensure a hot, juicy and smoky flavour. Accompanied with his signature salsas, Roberto’s grand feast will consist of: tender flame-cooked meat, woodfired sweet potato and tostadas. 

All you need to do is gather your favourite people and get down to the beach for an interactive Sunday session, good for the belly, the mind and the soul.  

The event will run from 1 pm until 5 pm, so do reserve in advance to guarantee one of the limited spaces available.
