A Mediterranean Monday. We’re excited to invite you to a chef and mixology takeover at Hotel Panamera this Monday, 21st of February. Executive chef Gonzalo Cerrato and head mixologist Simone Mellone, residents of Tulum treehouse, are bringing their European flavour and flare for a one-night experience. Sunset aperitivos will be served at the beachside restaurant from 5pm, including Simone’s finest classic cocktails, inspired by the tastes of the Mediterranean.

From 6pm until 10pm, Gonzalo will then be serving his speciality tapas dish menu, based around the garlicy, citric flavours of Greek, Spanish and Italian cooking. Arrive in time for golden hour at the oceanfront restaurant and enjoy the sounds of live DJ throughout the evening. No need to RSVP, just come hungry and thirsty, we’ll make sure you get taken care of.
