We are very pleased that Julio Chávez, the chef of the restaurant "La Marea", within the Viceroy Hotel, has embraced us to tackle a Panamera X Julio cometogether and kitchen-take over.

The balanced 6-course menu approaches contemporary Mexican cuisine through the interpretation of traditional dishes or combinations from the perspective of the chef and his team. His ultimate goal is to enhance the extensive Mexican gastronomy through experiences that involve emotionally and intellectually, evoking memories in the Mexican guest and creating a reference for the foreign guest.

The essence of the creations is to tell stories with the dishes, to combine current techniques with traditional concepts, to find unorthodox ways to reconcile ordinary ingredients.
