A Mediterranean Monday. We’re excited to invite you to a chef and mixology takeover at the Hotel Panamera sunset RoOf bar this Monday, 14th March. Executive chef Gonzalo Cerrato and head mixologist Simone Mellone, residents of Tulum treehouse, are bringing their European flavor and flare for a one-night experience.    

From 6pm until 10pm, Gonzalo will then be serving his speciality tapas dish menu, based around the garlicy, citric flavors of Greek, Spanish and Italian cooking.  Enjoy Simone’s finest classic cocktails, inspired by the tastes of the Mediterranean.
Arrive in time for golden hour at the panoramic RoOf bar and enjoy the sounds of live DJ throughout the evening. No need to RSVP, just come hungry and thirsty, we’ll make sure you get taken care of. No sign of the Monday blues over here.
