Restaurant Sin Nombre, Hotel Sin Nombre, Terraza Sin Nombre...
Well, this was the kitchen takeover without a name!
Although the naming definitely leaves creativity to be desired, the same cannot be said of the fresh and delicious food creations that leave the kitchen of “Restaurant sin Nombre” – Quite the opposite!
For our kitchen take over event, Israel Loyola delighted us with some of his signature creations and mind blowing plant bases dishes like his sweet potato enchilada with mole negro, which was applauded by everyone and said to be the best mole they had ever tried, we agree. We also had the opportunity to try a delicious beetroot and huitlacoche ceviche, a very cute tapenade infladita and a yummy coconut and pineapple dessert.
The rain set a nice and cozy atmosphere where we all enjoyed our drinks, the talks and the good company. And once more Dj Fleets got his hands into the vynils, playing amazing music from good old times.
The talented chef and our team, designed and prepared natural dishes with seasonal ingredients which made us al enjoy the perfect fusion between art and tradition.
