Atila meets Panamera
Our second extraordinary food experience of the new year was in February 2021, a restaurant pop-up of Atila with Executive Chef Jose Luis Hinostroza.
There kitchen is defined as a Yucatecan Brasserie and the menu has taken inspiration from classic brasserie dishes, but adapted to the tropical jungle climate using local seasonal ingredients. Sauces are the back bone of Atilas kitchen - they expect you to finish your dish basically wiping the plate clean. The food is intended to be shared and paired with natural wine.
