Open Fire Kitchen

Following the great success of Santiago Lastra’s first kitchen takeover with us, we jumped on the opportunity of a second one. We welcomed the revolutionary chef back into our home before his return to London so we could savor the tastes of his delicious creations. This time though, we took it beachside.

Fairy lights, the sea breeze, and harmonic latin vibes all while indulging in the delight of an open fire kitchen right by the ocean. Santiago cooked and prepared a selection of dishes from pork, lamb, fish and of course vegan friendly options so everyone could enjoy. Everything served fresh from the beachside wood fire.

Thank you everybody for joining us for a wonderful sunset experience, while enjoying Latin music vibes, mouth-watering food, drinks, and amazing company.
