#NOFUSION – Every Chef's Table contains a 100% Mexican and well-composed 7-course tasting menu by Chef Mike Beltran.

Be part of Panamera's evolving signature dishes inspired by his hometown in northern Mexico, experiences with previous projects and collaborations and the influences of the Panamera brand itself, touching on an urban-colonial-Caribbean vibe. He represents a classic Mexican cuisine reinterpreted through his own mind and character, and paired with congruent distillates and local wines – curated and created by Mixologist and our bar chef Jonathan Patiño.

On a regular occasion we gather at our family table, centered in Hotel Panamera's restaurant at the edge of the sea to pay homage to the delicacies and creations of the seasonal cuisine. Each happening will embody its own specific thematic so that all our senses can be attuned to a subject of particular ingredients and flavors. Over the years, we have been privileged to follow the progression and evolution of Mike and his culinary endeavors through countless tastings, menu redesigns, kitchen take-overs, and collaborations. Now it is time to give all the work the appropriate framework. Herewith we would like to invite warmly to the Chefs Table at our Thursday’s Panamera dining happenings.
