Join us for a welcome drink in the lobby, whilst immersing yourself in the ’UNIVERSUM’ exhibit. Later, we’ll take it to the roof for elevated views of the jungle and beach coastline, amplified by a bespoke modern fusion menu curated by New York chef Kane Williams Sorrell. Expect yakitori skewers, sake cocktails featuring ‘Nami’ Sake and music from 7-11pm.

Experience art, video, panoramic sunset views, bespoke mixology, a brand new culinary menu by chef Kane William Sorrells and live djs from Friday to Sunday. The main event on Saturday 27th. We will continue to have our ‘Fun in the sun’ daytime sessions at the beach, with music by our resident DJs, and full restaurant menu available.
