Edward Lewis, a wealthy corporate raider, realizes that his relentless focus on his career has led to neglect in his relationships. In Beverly Hills, while working on a corporate takeover, he decides to hire Vivian Ward, a Hollywood Boulevard prostitute, as his escort for the week. Vivian surprises Edward with her genuine nature, and he sees her potential beyond her profession. Despite being new to Los Angeles and the escorting business, Vivian must adapt to the high society expectations with limited guidance from Edward. Barney Thompson, the manager of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, becomes an unlikely mentor to Vivian, striking a delicate balance between pleasing the hotel's upscale clients and maintaining an air of sophistication. With the help of Barney and his associates, Vivian undergoes a transformation akin to that of Cinderella. However, as the week comes to an end, the questions loom: Can Vivian return to her previous life on Hollywood Boulevard, and will Edward prove to be her Prince Charming, seeing her as more than just a streetwalker?
