This coming Sunday, we're especially looking forward to a delicious beachside BBQ by our in-house chef: Mike Beltran. What are we tucking into? Tender marinated pork ribs with a lick of hibiscus and morita chile BBQ sauce. Served with sides of baby elotes and crispy onion rings. Mouth watering! Don’t worry, if you’re not a meat eater, we’ve thought about you too! Mike has also created the vegan version, using juicy mushrooms instead of meat.
Each ticket includes the cocktail of the day: Mezcalita de Jamaica or another drink of your choice. The daily special will be cooked at the Oceanfront starting at 12 noon. Planned until five, but only until stocks last.
