Pork Rib BBQ by Mike Beltran

This coming Sunday, we're especially looking forward to a delicious beachside BBQ by our in-house chef: Mike Beltran. What are we tucking into? Tender marinated pork ribs with a lick of hibiscus and morita chile BBQ sauce. Served with sides of baby elotes and crispy onion rings. Mouth watering!
Don’t worry, if you’re not a meat eater, we’ve thought about you too! Mike has also created the vegan version, using juicy mushrooms instead of meat.

Each ticket includes the cocktail of the day: Mezcalita de Jamaica or another drink of your choice.
The daily special will be cooked at the Oceanfront starting at 12 noon. Planned until five, but only until stocks last.

Come early and come hungry!
