Hotel Sin Nombre is a jewel of Mexican culture! You have to check out the beauty of this 17th century colonial building. The Hotel, Restaurant and its terrace are the spirit that breaths life into the house in the heart of the Oaxacan capital, a few meters from the Cathedral. For our kitchen take over event you will recognize signature creations of Israel Loyola, the Chef of Restaurant sin Nombre as well as completely new designed plates he invented especially for our happening.

The talented chef and his team prepare natural dishes with seasonal ingredients, sourced from organic crops to respect the cycles of nature. Also, the menu at his restaurant changes every 3 months, offering always a new experience. No doubt it’s the perfect fusion between art and tradition.
