Twinkle, twinkle, little Christmas memories!

Spend a lovely Holiday-Sunday at the pool or the seaside and end your beach day by having a beautiful family style dinner with your beloved ones at the oceanfront restaurant of Hotel Panamera. Winter season has just started and if you are not a grinch, you’d also love our lovely 3-Course-Menu, well composed by Chef Mike Beltran. For starters we’ll have a beet and fig salad, containing spicy mixed greens with a fig cream and accompanied by colored beets. For the main course you’ll be served with smokey and juicy grilled pork ribs, served with sweet and sour sauce and potato salad, seasoned with herbs and tropical citrus fruits. To round it all off, for the third course we crack the surface of a crispy coconut creme brûlée, accompanied with coconut and vanilla cream, toasted coconut flakes and brown sugar. Yumm!
