A dinner experience of the most special kind: The revolutionary Mexican chef delighted us with a two sittings dinner at Hotel Panamera. His experience through global institutions since the age of 15 and the work on his homeland project NOMA Mexico in 2017 – as Rene Redzepi’s right-hand man – was especially evident in the creations he exposed to us for this kitchen take over event.
