Anyone who knows a little bit about gastronomy knows that Pujol is a real house number in upscale cuisine! It’s not for nothing that it has been named #5 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2020 and it has been the playground for incredibly talented chefs, such as Pancho Ibañez and Alex Villagomez, among others. The two great chefs enchanted us with the most creative kitchen creations in a 6-course menu on Saturday, July 31st and a brunch on Sunday, August the 1st.

During this 2 events we had the opportunity to watch the magic happen live and enjoy the best culinary vibes. Both Pancho and Alex, delighted us with traditional dishes based on their Mexican roots presented in the most authentic way. Their identity and love for technique and creativity was felt in every taste.

We had a full house on Saturday, people laughed and enjoyed, and DJ Fleets set the perfect scene playing Panchos collection of great Vinyls, which made people get up and dance, not to mention our beloved staff which were also caught in some salsa moves from time to time while hosting our diners.

On Sunday we enjoyed a sunny day and a Brunch a la carte. The mood was nice and tranquil and once more the food was breathtaking. This time Off Silence took care of the Vinyls, and made us all enjoy the last bites of what was an incredible weekend. Pancho and Alex joined us at the end and enjoyed as well, accompanied by family and friends, creating a home like feeling and a lovely atmosphere.

Thank you chefs for filling our kitchen with special new flawors and food creations we hadn't experienced before and thank you all for coming and being part of this lovely weekend.
