Paella
Our Paella party was a hit! Groups of friends, family and loved ones gathered to dive into platefuls of the traditional Spanish dish all day long. Sizzling seafood, chewy umptious rice packed with flavor and a waft of its heavenly scent hypnotized the beach club last Sunday.
Head chef Mike, packed the fire pit with multiple giant paella dishes and served up a feast in the sunshine. Paired with juicy jugs of sangria, it was the perfect weekend set up. Everybody left feeling sun-tanned and satisfied, good for the belly and for the soul.
